My Mission---

I originally created this blog to keep a diary of my PRK eye surgery experience. But that went so smoothly, there wasn't much to really say! (phew!)

So I am now going to keep a sort of online diary of sorts. I am dealing with some major eating/lifestyle changes to help my progressively worsening eczema issues and I want to be able to track progress/setbacks. It's mainly for me but feel free to follow along and comment if you'd like. Suggestions are always welcome.

Jana Sutter: I live in St Paul, MN with my amazing husband and 2 energetic kids. I work Part-time as an optician for a locally owned optical shop and spend the rest of my time trying to co-parent my children to be helpful, loving, and just super cool human beings.
